Law roundup: Dumpster divers take the plunge

A manager complained about three people dumpster diving behind a trio of stores on Treeline Road. The manager told officers there was a white vehicle and an SUV parked by the dumpster. She called the Kalispell Police Department back after spotting another vehicle behind a store down the way where people were also taking the plunge after business hours. Officers reportedly had an “active trespass letter” for the location. 

Police received a report of indecent exposure and reckless driving when a teen sitting in the rear of a silver Audi sedan allegedly stuck his buttocks out the window twice after the Audi cut off another vehicle on Three Mile Drive. The driver of the other vehicle told officers that a recklessly driven black pickup was also involved in the incident.
