ICE and police

In reading the letters to the editor in the Inter Lake regarding the conflict between ICE and the people in Minneapolis, it seems many people are not distinguishing between ICE and the police.

In almost all cases, police in a community work hard to keep the community safe, arrest those who are violating the law and cooperate with local and federal agencies to investigate reports of illegal activity.

I fully support our Kalispell and Flathead County law enforcement in what they are doing. The difference is that ICE is a federal government agency which invades a community with masked and armed agents, intimidating the people in that community, violating the constitutional rights of citizens and non citizens alike, arresting and detaining innocent people, and using pepper spray, tear gas and bullets to get their way.

ICE’s gestapo tactics are the result of a federal government ignoring the constitutional protections we are provided.

Check your facts

The two Jews who attacked my letter on rampant antisemitism (Jan. 6) stated that my letter misstates some facts and ignores others.

They then fail to mention any of my allegations of Muslim terrorism including murder and rape in western countries. None of these allegations are false. I never mentioned the Israel-Gaza war.

Perhaps they believe that Israel should have suffered the horrendous attack of Oct. 7 and allowed those Palestinian murderers to live to fight another day. Perhaps they believe those thugs are freedom fighters. Perhaps if they were living peacefully on a Kibbutz when their family was tortured, raped and murdered, they would have turned a blind eye, much as the Jews did in Nazi Germany until 6 million innocent civilians were murdered.

None of the Arab world wants the Palestinians because their population is riddled with terrorists and troublemakers. I have been to Israel, Egypt and Jordan.  2.1 million Arabs (21% of the population of Israel) live in Israel and 99% enjoy full citizenship.  Most are Palestinians. None seek refuge from the evil Israelis in Gaza.

As for Israel Defense Forces killing civilians, perhaps if Hamas wouldn’t use them as shields in schools and hospitals, they wouldn’t have to die. Israel Defense Forces killing aid workers is just a lie.  Even the anti-Israel UN admitted they were terrorists dressed as aid workers.

Next time check your facts, and read my letter again. It contains facts, unlike your letter. Perhaps if Palestinians had elected a real government instead of terrorists, if 1,200 Israelis hadn’t been massacred, if terrorists hadn’t blown up restaurants and buses and fired tens of thousands of missiles into Israel, and their own leaders accepted previous peace deals, Israel wouldn’t have to eliminate the threat once and for all.

Two headlights

My wish is for people to not have their body parts scattered all over the highway, including mine.

I was driving on U.S. 93 early one evening with terrible visibility. Vehicle after vehicle coming at me had their headlights on. Then I noticed a movement and instantly he passed me. I saw he didn’t have his headlights on.

I said to myself, he must be an extraterrestrial from a planet where their mode of transportation doesn’t use headlights. So when his brain was being formed the portion of his brain that would tell him to turn on his headlights never developed.

Then I noticed a faint light coming at me and instantly he passed me. I saw he had on his parking lights. I said to myself, he’s another extraterrestrial. He has been living on this planet long enough to grow a portion of his brain that tells him to turn on his lights, but not a big enough portion to tell him to turn on his headlights.

Parking lights are great. They give off light equal to one candle power so you are able to see them one extra second before they smash into you.

I believe we have an increased invasion four outer space because there seems to be more extraterrestrials every day.

Please turn on your headlights all the time. You may save a life, including your own. Funerals are sad and expensive.

Go figure

I read that Whitefish residents are against ICE? Go figure.

What has happened to our once great state where people flocked to for a better, cleaner lifestyle. Then they brought all the wicked ideas, poor morals, greed and selfishness with them.

ICE is trying to enforce laws against people not following established laws to protect our country from infectious and disastrous cultures. Just look at the degradation that has happened to our state.

They say, do not cut the trees, after they built beautiful homes, locked their gates and isolated themselves. Next came the liberal education system that has dumbed down children and ruined their ability to make rational decisions.

Introduce wolves; aren’t they pretty? Where did all the wonderful deer, elk and moose go? Go figure.

Build a homeless shelter in Kalispell; we do not want them in Whitefish. Seems these people should be housing the very people they scream to defend? House them, feed them, take care of medical needs, be responsible for any crimes they commit, teach them English. That would show they are sincere.

All I see are people that came here and destroyed Montana by their greed and idiotic ways only to take away any chance for real Montana and people with realistic political and social ideals to enjoy life.

For those supporting illegal immigrants, open your home and wallets to them. The rest of us do not want anyone here that has not followed the laws to come here.
