A group of boys was making such a racket that a sleep-deprived neighbor phoned the police. She told officers they had already ignored her request that they leave the area. The boys scattered when the police drove up to the building, though.
Officers located a stolen bicycle and cited the person found with it.
Seeing a vehicle parked in such a manner that it blocked a neighbor's driveway for about an hour, a suspicious resident asked the police to check it out. It turned out the vehicle belonged to the neighbor's friend. And the neighbor was sitting in the passenger seat.
