Woman arrested after stabbing boyfriend takes deferred prosecution agreement
A woman brought up on a felony charge last year after allegedly attacking her boyfriend with a knife during an apparent mental health crisis later received a deferred prosecution agreement.
Prosecutors initially charged Mia Yvette Webber, 29, with one count of assault with a weapon in Flathead County District Court following her April 1, 2025 arrest in Whitefish. Appearing before Judge Amy Eddy for her arraignment on April 17, Webber maintained her innocence.
