A man was making a meal with a shared microwave when another man approached and told him to stop. The interloper claimed to already be using the appliance. Told to go away, the second man lashed out at the first, knocking his food to the ground. The victim wanted to speak with officers with the Kalispell Police Department about possible assault charges.

Authorities stickered a gray trailer left on the wrong side of the road for at least two weeks.

Explaining that her mother-in-law had briefly lived at her location and left several of her belongings behind, a woman asked the police how to get rid of the items without initiating contact.

Officers let a caller know that someone moving furniture onto the porch is not a crime.

A woman made it clear to her ex that he couldn't stay with her anymore by taking his car keys and locking him out of the apartment. He turned to the police for help.

Someone arrested the night prior contacted the Police Department to ask if they could press charges against the other individual involved in the disturbance.

Officers headed to a parking lot to deal with the drivers of a black Chevrolet Camaro and a black Dodge Charger. The pair were allegedly speeding and weaving between cars. Officers let the hotrodders know they were no longer welcome on the premises.

At the behest of an annoyed neighbor trying to get some sleep, officers spoke with a woman who was screaming and yelling. The woman explained she was dealing with some life stressors.

Officers warned a motorist for driving without headlights.

The police investigated a possible homeless encampment after employees at a nearby business reported feeling unsafe walking to their vehicles at night. Officers didn't find anyone in the camp and notified the city Parks and Recreation Department in the hopes of getting the trash cleaned up.
