Law roundup: Homeowner unamused by unexpected kitty cam

A homeowner phoned the Kalispell Police Department in the hopes of getting questions answered by animal control officers. He told dispatchers his queries had to do with the neighbor's cats. The felines kept getting into his yard and setting off his cameras.  

Someone reported seeing a motorist doing drugs in a parking lot. They told dispatchers that they had watched the man, who was in a black sedan, leaning over before glancing at them. Then he bent his head before flipping it back while closing his eyes. Officers sent to the area found no signs of drug use.
