Glacier High quarterback Jackson Presley found a new college football home, posting on Instagram Sunday afternoon that he committed to Portland State University.
The three-time all-State AA pick attached the Bible verse James 1:2-3 to a post that simply said: “Committed,” under a picture of him in a Vikings uniform.
