Bitterroot races past Libby in doubleheader
HAMILTON — Jackson Lubke went 2-for-4 with two RBIs in game one and the Bitterroot Red Sox took a doubleheader sweep from Libby in Legion baseball Sunday.
Boedy Tadvick and Cash Lawrence also drove in two runs for the Red Sox in their 10-2 game one victory.
Lubke had a pair of triples in the game.
C Wagner threw four no-hit innings for Bitterroot, striking out four.
Boe Miles went three innings for Libby, allowing eight hits.
Ian Thom drove in both runs for the Loggers (0-3).
In game two, Tadvick hit a double and drove in three runs while scoring twice in an 11-1 win.
Boe Miles had the lone hit and RBI for the Loggers.
Dalton Cannon went four innings on the bump for Libby, allowing seven runs (two earned) on five hits.
