Law roundup: Mumbling, intoxicated shopper turns out to be fine
Describing an individual she suspected of being homeless as walking around a store while high and mumbling to himself, a shopper asked the Kalispell Police Department to intervene. She reported hearing him say, "I will shoot anyone, I don't care" and something about blowing up the president's house. She had left by the time officers arrived, but they chatted with the man, who they deemed fine.
A caller complained that the person behind the wheel of a dark red truck was driving recklessly down East Idaho Street. They reported seeing the vehicle hit the median and sidewalk before pulling into a gas station.
