Hungry Horse murder suspect greeted victim with a shotgun blast, court docs say
The suspect in last weekend's murder in Hungry Horse was waiting for the victim with a shotgun, according to newly filed court documents.
Prosecutors on Monday charged Dylan Austin Olson, 25, with felony deliberate homicide in connection with the Feb. 28 shooting death of 30-year-old David Bollman. Held in the county jail with bail set at $700,000 since March 1, Olson is expected to appear before Judge Dan Wilson in Flathead County District Court on May 7 for his arraignment.
