Law roundup: Couple scrubbed from beauty store

A middle-aged man allegedly shoplifted products from a store’s health and beauty section and went to a car parked out front to wait while the woman he was with went through the line at the registers. Try as he might to reverse the signs of aging, an employee preferred that he reverse his unlawful behavior, telling someone that he “needs to be honest.” The store didn’t want a rinse-and-repeat situation and banned the couple for a year.  

A special agent with the Army Criminal Investigation Division contacted the Kalispell Police Department, wanting to speak with a supervisor.
