Law roundup: Concerns balloon for 911 caller

Someone reportedly called 911 to air concerns about flags and balloons floating in the sky and was unsure if they were attached to anything. The caller was advised to call the non-emergency phone number to report anything that was not a life-threatening emergency.

A man allegedly suspected his neighbors of smearing dog feces all over his front door and called the Kalispell Police Department to report the ongoing harassment. An officer advised him to apply for a temporary restraining order.
