Law roundup: Hungry man under the influence of snacks

An employee suspected a man sitting in a truck eating spray cheese, likely straight from the nozzle, of “huffing” a canister of whipped cream. The employee told the Kalispell Police Department the truck was rolling forward in the middle of the parking lot. The employee told officers they also saw him using a knife to eat peanut butter straight from the jar.  Responding officers spotted evidence that he was consuming cheese in the form of a cap. Oh, and there were no signs of impairment.   

A bar manager called the police when a drunk woman reportedly tried to drive away in a white Bronco. The information was also relayed to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office and Montana Highway Patrol.
