Laramie Hubble, 44
Laramie Ann Hubble, 44, of Kalispell, passed suddenly and tragically on May 7, 2026 in Whitefish. She was more than just a mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend; she was extraordinary. She believed in education, science, nature, and loved her son, Cian, more than life itself.
Laramie was born in Whitefish. In 1981, she was the first child born to Robert (Bob) and Vickie Hubble, the oldest of six children. She spent her childhood in Whitefish; hiking, playing, and riding horses in the Flathead Valley. She graduated from Whitefish High School with the class of 2000. Laramie worked at the DMV from 2002-2011. She excitedly became a mother to Cian Groats with his father, Jason Groats, in 2011. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Botany, and making the Dean's List. She spent many years volunteering for the Red Cross from 2018 until her death. She loved working as a PCA for Loyal Home Healthcare and it brought her so much joy to be able to give her patients care in their homes.
She is survived by her mother Vickie Hubble-Adkins, her younger siblings Cody, Scott (Karen), Kory, Sierra and Miracle Hubble; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert 'Bob' Calvin Hubble, grandparents, Bonnie and Gordon Sorenson and Anna Joy and Bert Hubble.
We trust that Laramie is with her Heavenly Father. We know she is rejoicing her Union with her son, Cian Groats, who passed days later.
The family is making plans for a celebration of life and details will be announced soon. They welcome friends and family of both Laramie and Cian to join together in their memory.
