Trooper Eric Thoreson photographs the scene of a two vehicle crash on Wednesday, January 4. One of the things that concerns Thoreson is the speed of drivers he sees as he patrols. The speed limit is the maximum speed if all conditions are perfect, said Thoreson. If a person is driving the speed limit and there is ice or snow on the roads, they are already going too fast.
