Timeline for Glacier reopening unclear
While federal, state and local governments prepare to reopen the United States economy, officials with Glacier National Park say it is uncertain when park gates will open again, but a “gradual reopening” will occur in coordination with Flathead and Glacier Counties, the Blackfeet Nation and Montana state.

Glacier plows making progress
Glacier National Park plow crews are making progress on plowing the Going-to-the-Sun Road. The goal is to make it to the Loop by week’s end, a park official said, citing an email update from the plow crews. Crews are through the West Side Tunnel.
