Flathead County's fairgrounds are due for more maintenance, even as the county celebrates the completion of the new north bleachers in advance of this week's Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo.

The new aluminum north bleachers seat approximately 400 more than the old wooden structure at about 1,600 seats total, and cost $1.3 million.
