Flathead County Sheriff's Office deputies went to Pickleville Lane in Somers when they heard about a juvenile carrying a bottle of vodka into a house full of other youngsters. When they arrived, three juveniles scampered out a back window, according to reports, and those who remained hadn't been drinking. Officers did find a bottle of vodka inside a locked car on the property.

About $1,000 worth of tools were reported stolen from a truck parked at the Mini Golden Inn in Hungry Horse. A rifle valued at $3,000 was reported stolen in the 200 block of Circle Drive. At a storage unit in the 300 block of Jensen Road, someone reportedly stole several items and secured the unit with a different lock. A 54-year-old woman was caught trying to steal jewelry from ShopKo.

A 45-year-old man who was pulled over on U.S. 2 East was arrested for DUI. Someone's Christmas tree became a traffic hazard when it fell off the vehicle and blocked traffic in the 2400 block of U.S. 2.
