Hoffenbacker an all-state lineman

Brandon Hoffenbacker, a 6-foot-4, 275-pound senior, is Flathead High School's only Class AA all-state football selection named to the first team for 2004.
Hoffenbacker was picked to the first squad as a defensive lineman.
He was also named honorable mention all-state as an offensive guard.
It marks the third straight year Hoffenbacker has been on the first team on defense. He was a second team all-state pick offensively last
year at tackle.
Flathead's other athlete honored with all-state recognition was John Farrier. The 6-1, 185 senior was named honorable mention as a defensive end.
Last year Flathead had two first team all-staters, two second team picks and four honorable mention selections.
State champion C.M. Russell had nine players named first team all-state, including MVPs Austin Mullins on defense and Drew Savage on offense.
Savage is a running back and Mullins a linebacker. Mullins shared the defensive MVP honor with Shawn Lebsock, a linebacker from Billings Skyview.
