Kalispell police officers went to the Fatt Boys bar and grill when employees became suspicious of the driver's license presented by a would-be patron. Police seized the license, but the person offering it had already taken off when they arrived.

A resident of the 800 block of Sixth Avenue West complained when he saw a man urinating in a yard across the street. Someone reported a man in a tan coat at Depot Park who was pulling on holiday decorations and making a rude hand gesture at passing traffic. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

In the 800 block of Third Street West, a drunk man wandered into another person's house, apparently unable to state his address or even his name. He was able to leave when asked, however.

Traffic concerns at Scotty's Bar led to the arrests of a 30-year-old man for DUI, driving with a suspended/revoked license and no insurance, and a 27-year-old man for possessing drug paraphernalia. Traffic stops led to DUI arrests on U.S. 93, U.S. 2 west of town, and at the corner of Fourth Avenue West and 11th Street.

Someone blew up a mailbox in the 200 block of Garland Road. Christmas decorations were vandalized in the 100 block of East Oregon, while a green swastika was drawn on a vehicle in the 700 block of Sixth Avenue West. Light poles were vandalized in the 500 block of West California.
