A caller told the Flathead County Sheriff's Office that several skinned carcasses, apparently dogs, were hanging at a house on West Cottonwood. The carcasses were actually dead coyotes and belonged to a trapper.
A man said he'd been beaten up at a tavern in Hungry Horse. A red truck reportedly drove on and tore up the Kila School track. Earrings worth almost $2,000 were reported stolen from Birch Glen Road.
On East Cottonwood drive, a truck containing two men reportedly ran over a mailbox and kept going, only to become stuck nearby on Montana 35 - with the mailbox lodged underneath the vehicle.
