Halloween revelers wreak havoc

| November 1, 2004 1:00 AM

Halloween brought out the worst in some people Sunday.

Whitefish police didn't find either the people who threw eggs at them downtown or the nude male jogger reported by a 911 call on Spokane Avenue.

Parents of underage drinkers who caused on a disturbance on Columbia Avenue had to go pick up their sons. Four more underage drinkers were found in the alley behind Kalispell Avenue. Someone threw water balloons on East Second Street. A man who broke a window at Coaches Corner was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Another man on Colorado Avenue caused enough disruption to warrant an arrest. One more underage drinker rounded out the night, on Wisconsin Avenue.

After midnight, a man who urinated on Central Avenue disappeared inside a bar. A woman charged with DUI on Spokane Avenue disappeared inside a jail cell.

A vehicle on Columbia Avenue was broken into for the the third time Monday.

A man from Germany was arrested for assault behind Club Central.

What was reported as drug paraphernalia all over the road on Karrow Avenue may have just been broken light sticks.
