Man arrested after stealing from vehicle
Kalispell police arrested a man after midnight Monday when he reportedly broke into the vehicle of a cleaning crew at Albertsons. The workers reportedly caught him. When confronted, 31-year-old Gregory Graham reportedly took a swing at one person with an extension to a socket. The crew held him until officers arrived. When he was released by the crew, Graham reportedly ran, but was quickly caught. He's charged with felony theft from a vehicle, felony assault with a weapon and was arrested on a city warrant. More charges may follow.
A 54-year-old woman was arrested for family member assault on Northwest Lane. Someone wanted to report a domestic incident that happened on Halloween night. It was a fight-and-run at Sawbuck bar, where officers found no one reportedly involved in an altercation.
Four youths were seen smoking marijuana in a maroon Subaru going north on Whitefish Stage Road.
A window was broken in a burglary on Ranchview Drive. The back window was shot in a vehicle on Bluestone Drive. A window was shot and paintballs were fired at St. Matthew's School. Someone drove through double gates at Crescent Electric. A house on Fifth Avenue West was splattered with paintballs.
Police were called twice for a disorderly man at the hospital. He went to Pathways Treatment Center. A person on Windward Way was picked up on a mental-health arrest.
A woman reportedly harasses a man on Seventh Street East.
A 12-year-old girl was charged with two counts of shoplifting at the mall.
After a woman's purse disappeared at Scotty's bar, someone has begun using her bank card.
