Jodee Hogg, one of two survivors of a fatal plane crash near Essex on Sept. 20, will speak to the media today in her hometown of Billings.

Hogg, 23, is credited with trying to save other occupants of the Cessna that crashed en route to a Forest Service project at Schafer Meadows.

She and Matthew Ramige, now 30, survived the crash and ensuing fire, walking out of the woods a day after the crash was found and pronounced unsurvivable.

Ramige is hospitalized in Seattle.

According to Flathead County Sheriff Jim Dupont, the cause of death for the other three occupants of the plane is listed as "thermal injuries" from the fire.

Pilot Jim Long, 60, of Columbia Falls reportedly tried to push others out of the burning plane before he succumbed to fire-related injuries. Passenger Davita Bryant, 32, of Whitefish also died of heat-related injuries.

The cause of death for Ken Good, 58, of Whitefish, was listed as thermal injuries, shock and a compound fracture of the leg.

Good survived the crash and was cared for by Ramige and Hogg until he died.

According to a press release, Hogg will speak today only about the crash. She will be with her parents, her twin sister and a friend.

Last week on "Good Morning America," Hogg talked briefly about her ordeal.

Her father, Jim, said there are no other plans for local interviews after today's press conference.
