Lois Ann Jandron
Lois Ann Jandron was born on May 10, 1934, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Yola and Odelon Broussard. Lois passed away "in the arms of God" and her soul mate Fred on Sept. 15, 2004, at 2:30 a.m. She was surrounded by her loved ones at home after an amazing and wonderful summer with pancreatic cancer.
On Oct. 9, 1954, Lois married her only true love and soul mate, Frederick Clyde Jandron. During their 40 years of marriage they led a life full of adventure and magic. They traveled from Texas to Alaska showing their children the beauty of God's world. Life was a magical adventure and they lived the magic.
They settled in Montana in 1970. They bought the old store in Coram. They spent 24 hours a day, seven days a week together. They were best friends, business partners, soul mates and an inspiration to what true love really was all about. They had what everyone wants, true love.
Oct. 9, 2004, is Fred and Lois's 50th wedding anniversary. Fred patiently waited 11 years for her. Lois never considered herself not married. She continued to be his wife 'till she died. "We take comfort in knowing that they are together again." That's what they wanted, and the way it should be.
Lois's life was deeply rooted in religion. Her life was dictated by the Ten Commandments and by 1 Corinthians, Chapter 13. She was an amazing woman and will be terribly missed.
Lois saw her three grandsons almost every day of their lives. She found out she loved them as much as her own children. She had so much love to give. We'll miss that love.
She is survived by daughter, Michelle and her three sons, Frederick, Benjamin and Alexander Morgan; her son by choice, Timothy Morgan; her daughter, Colette; "her constant companion Annie the cat"; and her estranged son, Fred Jandron; her dear, dear sister, Betty Broussard of Gallatin, Texas; her sister-in-law, Joan Broussard, of Jacksonville, Texas; and her niece, Carol Broussard, of Spring, Texas.
Lois was preceded in death by her only love, Fred, on April 21, 1993; her parents; her brother, James Broussard; and her niece, Jolyntte.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Oct. 9 at the Hungry Horse Chapel with the Rev. Tod Fox officiating. "Please join us in the celebration of her life and rebirth into the arms of God, and Fred, her one love."
Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls is in charge of the arrangements.
