Mary Elizabeth (Bruce) Rothweiler

Mary Elizabeth (Bruce) Rothweiler, 84, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, in a nursing home in Great Falls after an extended illness.

At her request, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Family services will take place at a later date.

Mary was born Jan. 30, 1920, in Great Falls. On Oct. 15, 1938, she married Lee Rothweiler of Great Falls, in Conrad. In 1950, they moved to Kalispell, where they lived until 1977.

Survivors include a daughter, Bettie Holzberger; three grandchildren, Lee Holzberger of Eugene, Ore., Heidi Harms M.D., of Dallas, and Doug Holzberger of Stevensville; brother, Jack Bruce, of Lincoln, brother, Bob Walden, of Great Falls; and a sister, Billie Leon, of Rio Vista Calif.; and two great-grandchildren, Morgan Holzberger and Taylor Harms.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Rothweiler, in 1977.
