Flathead County Sheriff's Office took a report that every day, school children come and steal a woman's tip money at Mojo's Espresso.

Parts were stolen from an engine at Mark Weed Auto sales. Items were stolen from a vehicle on U.S. 93 South.

About 16 head of cattle showed up at a woman's home on Vonderheide Lane. Cows also appeared in front of the Homestead Cafe in Lakeside. A man on Helena Flats Road is unhappy with people shooting at geese near his house. Unsafe shooting was also reported on Vonderheide Lane, where arrows land on a neighbor's lawn.

A search for hikers lost in the Jewel Basin Wednesday night continued until nearly 4 a.m. Thursday with a multitude of rescuers and agencies. The hikers were found later Thursday morning.

Strange sounds in a house on McMannamy Draw started a dog and a girl who was there alone. No intruders were found.

Drivers barely avoided an intoxicated woman on Montana 35 near the Rainbow Bar.

A 13-year-old boy who snuck into a home on Helena Flats Road after midnight was given a ride home by a deputy. Youths threatened and taunted a man in Hungry Horse Friday. A woman reportedly pulled a man's hair; that ended in her arrest. One man hit another's car with two-by-four beams and threatened to use another in an unseemly way.

The animal warden was notified of a puppy adorned with porcupine quills near Leisure Lane.
