Kalispell fire department had 10 calls. The crew went to the hospital when burned popcorn activated an alarm and to Fifth Avenue West where a new stove produced smoke. At 1:30 a.m., Friday, the department sent an ambulance to Second Avenue East North, but a woman who was allegedly assaulted there didn't want help. Smith Valley and West Valley fire departments were also at a vehicle accident on U.S. 2 by Schwan's. Traffic was a problem, but no one was hurt.

Whitefish ambulance went to an accident involving a bicyclist Thursday night outside of Stageline Pizza. The rider went to the hospital with a head injury.

Smith Valley fire department went to a fire in trees on Emmons Creek.

Evergreen fire department was needed on Mountain View Drive for burning trees.

Whitefish fire department was needed at an illegal burn in the city.

Highway patrol and Marion ambulance and fire department went to a vehicle rollover on Gopher lane Thursday night. A man involved in the accident was arrested.
