Evergreen Fire Department took to the hospital a young women who was having heart problems at Wal-Mart. The department also responded to a hit gas line later in the day.

Whitefish Fire Department went out on a call about a leaking gas meter.

Columbia Falls Fire Department sent an ambulance to the Columbia Falls Aluminum Plant for a 59-year-old man having a heart attack. The man was taken to North Valley Hospital, where he later died.
