Whitefish police

Whitefish officers warned juveniles not to skateboard downtown around 6 p.m. Saturday.

A disturbance was reported on Edgewood around midnight. The caller witnessed two men run out of a house, followed by a shot and blood on the door. Officers investigated and found the incident was a paintball fight.

An assault was reported at First and Central at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday. A man was taken to North Valley Hospital where he received stitches above his eye.
