Zelda Celesta Nelson, 68

Zelda Celesta Nelson, 68, died on Tuesday, April 5, 2005, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell.

She was born in Landa, N.D., Bottineau County on March 21, 1937, to Carl and Sina (Sivertson) Anseth.

Zelda spent a few years outside the home working, but preferred being a homemaker. She enjoyed the craft of cross stitching, and also enjoyed playing cards, collecting keepsakes of Betty Boop, Thomas Kinkade and hummingbirds, and was an avid watcher of the QVC channel.

Zelda was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by two sons and their families, Roger and Rodney Nelson, both of Kalispell; and a daughter and her family, Vicky (Nelson) Hannon, also of Kalispell; nine grandchildren, James, Jessica, Timmy, Kara, Karla, Krista, Karrie, Kevin and Joshua; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Arlys Fairchild and family of Waskada, Manitoba; and one brother, Bennett Anseth, of Westhope, N.D.

Cremation has already taken place. Johnson Mortuary and Crematory is caring for Zelda's family.
