The Flathead County Sheriff's Office went to Montana 35 at 6 a.m. Wednesday, where a couple yelled. Earlier there, two men got in a fight; one was knocked unconscious and was reportedly taken away. Later and related to the same problem, a resident on South Cedar Drive reported his brother was badly beaten, his sister was raped, and his girlfriend never came home Tuesday night. The brother and sister went to the hospital. Finally, Wednesday afternoon, a caller contacted police to report a witness to a possible homicide that happened Tuesday night. The caller was reassured that no one had died.

A family disturbance was reported on Bierney Creek Road. A 13-year-old wall-puncher was reported on East Evergreen Drive. Three men reportedly fought on South Hilltop Road. A couple on Corbett Lane argued about belongings. In the latest installment of an on-going dispute between neighbors on Kelley Road, one accused the other of trespassing. An unwanted man was reported on Foothills Road. On Steeles Drive, a woman said a neighbor yells profanity at her and anyone who comes to her house.

Someone used a white 1993 Ford Tempo without permission. A shed was broken into on Stagecoach Drive. A dump truck was pelted with paint balls..

Checks were stolen on Farm to Market Road. A neighbor there also reported that someone ransacked a house and smashed a window. Checks were also stolen on Edgewood Drive.

At Super 1 parking lot, a woman believed someone purposefully set a beer bottle under her tire, causing damage when she backed up. More beer bottles appeared, along with a sleeping man, in a driveway on Halfmoon Road, where a resident thought the man might be casing his house.

Vicious dogs reportedly menaced children in their own yard on First Avenue South in Hungry Horse.

A youth on a scooter at about 1 a.m. in Columbia Heights was told to go to bed. A bickering couple in Hungry Horse was advised to just not talk to each other.

Considerable vandalism on Big Mountain included signs broken and plants that were pulled up.

A sexual assault between children that reportedly happened last year was reported Wednesday.

There were a couple of sightings of men suspected of being a fugitive from Nebraska, but none were him.
