Kalispell police

Kalispell police arrested a man Tuesday night when he flashed his lights at a patrol car in front of him near the Outlaw Inn and got an officer to stop. Then he said he was drunk and just wanted to get the arrest over with. The man refused to take a breath test, but still was arrested for suspected obvious intoxication.

An irate customer at a bank drive-up was told to move on.

Neighbors on Fifth Avenue East didn't get along. There was arguing on Second Avenue West.

Two underage drinkers were arrested at the fairgrounds. Three more were charged on First Avenue West. A man was arrested for DUI on East Idaho Street.

On South Main Street, someone called trying to sell concert tickets to a person who wasn't interested. After the resident hung up, the solicitor called back to chew out the startled resident.

Someone saw two youths break sprinkler heads at Tidyman's. More damage was found near the Dollar Store.

An officer called a taxi for an intoxicated pedestrian on West Idaho Street.

Police are investigating a rape report.

Picnic tables and benches were damaged at Hawthorne Park.

A Birchwood Court resident reported her ex-husband entered her home. An SUV and a truck drove through a fence on Ninth Street West. One driver had reportedly left the hospital without medical clearance after a surgery.

Mental-health assistance was sought for someone locked in a bathroom at Cavanaugh's, fearful that he was being followed. An officer counseled a family in a disagreement at the Blue & White Motel.

A digital camera was stolen from a boat at Mulligan's.

Vehicles in Northridge were hit with eggs.

On Seventh Avenue West, a man who let someone stay with him for a few days wound up with a guest who wouldn't leave. An officer gave the unwelcome man a ride.

On Third Avenue East was seen a man with a suitcase, changing clothes on the sidewalk.
