The Flathead County Sheriff's Office arrested 45-year-old Timothy Walsh on Sunday, after a report that he stole a car and pointed a gun at a man who witnessed it. He was arrested at Snowslip, charged with assault with a weapon and felony theft.

A 16-year-old girl called for an officer at her home on U.S. 2 where she lives with her boyfriend, to say her father was at the residence and she didn't want him there. Deputies found the problem is not a law-enforcement issue.

A man reported that his ex-girlfriend has left 52 messages on his phone and keeps driving by. He'd like her to leave him alone.

No one was hurt in a vehicle rollover on West Valley Drive.

A storage unit was broken into on East Evergreen Drive.

Two people complained about the profanity emitting from Leisure Island, where a group of people in their 20s with some children didn't change their style when someone asked them to clean up their language. One of the men was wanted on a probation violation and went to jail.

A trespasser on horseback was reported at Haywire Gulch. There was one flaw in the execution of a plan to drive a truck into the Kila dumpster site, spin around to spit gravel onto other vehicles, and throw some trash onto the ground: The trash they left included mail with a name and address. Bullet holes were found in a car, a riding lawn mower and a gate on Whalebone Drive.

Disturbances were reported in Lakeside, on River Road and on Kings Way.

A couple of men hid in bushes when someone curious about their activities shined a light on them on Springcreek Drive at 3 a.m. They were gone when officers arrived.

Cash, electronics and a credit card were stolen on Somers Road. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle on Parker Lakes Road. The bedroom of a home was broken into in Hungry Horse. Someone took a water spigot and slashed a hose on Orchard Ridge Drive. A blue 1994 extended-cab pickup is missing from Helena Flats Road.

Someone reported a bad apple who threw fruit at cars passing on West Reserve Drive.

A game warden was notified of a bear that was hit by a vehicle near Marion.

A rape report is under investigation.
