if your neighbor's barking dog bothers you is to go take it and tell the neighbors that the dog is headed for the animal shelter. Kalispell police talked to someone on Liberty Street about the consequences of that. They include theft and trespass charges.

Officers helped parents with an unruly 16-year-old girl on Third Avenue West.

A man who was ordered to leave a homeless shelter boomeranged; he was charged with trespass when he returned. Another man also had trouble staying away from the shelter; he decided to take a bus to Florida.

A man was arrested for DUI on U.S. 93 South. Three men bothered customers at the Scoreboard bar until officers arrived and charged two of them with resisting arrest.

A man and woman's dispute was in a Ford Ranger on Seventh Avenue West.

There were several accidents, including one that took out a power pole on Conrad Drive. No one was hurt when a vehicle rolled on Four Mile Drive, but an occupant was trapped inside.
