Whitefish police spotted the erratic driving at Fourth and Spokane late Thursday, then ended up charging the 22-year-old woman behind the wheel with DUI and possession of dangerous drugs. She also was wanted on two county warrants.

Somebody was concerned about a man's welfare on West Second Street. Police were concerned that he was disturbing the peace.

A hazard at Second and O'Brien early Friday turned out to be a vehicle ineptly piloted by a woman, 29, who was charged with DUI.

Identify theft struck a man on Colorado Avenue when he discovered somebody stole and used his credit card. He was told to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

It must have taken a sturdy truck to haul the stove away after it was stolen from a home on Idaho.

A woman at the Re/Max real estate office on Spokane didn't want the collarless female black Labrador retriever to go to the pound, so she reported the found pooch and took her home in hope the owner will call soon.
