Kalispell police

Kalispell police and Flathead County deputies responded to a number of intrusion alarms at various area businesses on Friday and Saturday. They proved to be false alarms.

Two hit-and-runs were reported. A maroon Chevy came around a corner on Hawthorne Avenue and hit a parked vehicle and some mailboxes; another car parked at the Cattlemen's Casino was hit in a separate incident.
