Flathead County Sheriff deputies received a report of criminal mischief on Shady Lane. Reindeer were beheaded and all the decorations were knocked over sometime Friday night.

A possible fraud was reported by a resident who received a check for $4,000 for a vehicle he was selling for just $1,200 on the Internet. He was asked to send the difference back via Western Union.

More Christmas decorations were damaged on Maple Drive Friday night. A polar bear was slashed in the front yard of a home on Dogwood Avenue.

Deputies investigated a theft from Columbia Falls Mini Storage. Someone broke the lock, removed items then put a new lock on the unit.

A vehicle was reported stolen from the Whitefish area. The red Jeep Cherokee was taken from the alley behind Dakota Avenue. It had a full tank of gas and keys in the ignition.

More Christmas vandalism was reported on West View Drive where three inflatable decorations were slashed early Saturday.

Deputies were alerted to criminal mischief on Spinnaker Lane in Lakeside. Someone spray painted the windows on a blue Toyota.

A man was arrested after a pursuit down Whitefish Stage Road in which the vehicle was clocked at 90 mph. Deputies arrested Richard Allen Buzzard, 46.

Two brothers, 12 and 15, were arrested late Friday for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
