Kalispell police had some heavy lifting to clear up a traffic snarl in front of Lowe's Saturday when 60 or 70 bricks were dumped in the left-hand turn lane of U.S. 93.

A shopper came out of Target at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday to discover a hit and run driver had caused $1,000 damage to his Jeep Cherokee.

The grinch made his seasonal appearance on Indian Trail where a resident reported Christmas decorations destroyed.

A frantic dog owner reported the loss of an 8-year old Pekinese named Mocha near the Dollar Store at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Ninth Avenue West after a man complained a woman at the residence wouldn't leave him alone. Officers gave the man a ride to his mother's house.

Just before 4 a.m., police arrested four men and charged them with committing vandalism.

A woman called the police department at 2:21 a.m. to say she was "extremely OK" after drinking with a bunch of males. She complained they were going to take her to a pornography party.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Sixth Avenue West after a woman said she had hit her husband and he had then tried to choke her while two children were in the home. Officers arrested the man for possession of dangerous drugs.

Police received two complaints about excessive noise from a room at the Motel 6. The second caller alleged underage drinking going on but the room was quiet and contained only two adults when police arrived.
