arrested a teenager in Hungry Horse for allegedly punching his girlfriend so hard in the head that it fractured her skull. Canyon Quick Response Unit and Columbia Falls ambulance were needed; the girl was taken to the hospital.

A Ford Taurus was stolen from Cattlemen's Casino. A safe was reported stolen from a home that was burglarized in Martin City. The latch on the door was broken at a painting business on U.S. 93 South. Theft and forgery were reported on Anderson Lane. A digital receiver was reported stolen on Martin Road.

Threatening messages were reported on Steele Street. Threats reportedly occurred after a disagreement between estranged spouses on Montana 206.

Suspicious behavior was observed on Arbour Drive, where some teenagers ran like track stars when they were discovered at a home that's currently vacant. Four youths will be charged for a caper at Lane's Conoco where a power box was pulled off.
