Mary JoAnn Spencer, 53

Mary JoAnn Spencer, 53, passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2005, at her residence in Kalispell. She was born Aug. 5, 1952 in Kalispell, the daughter of Gerald Vern and Patricia Mae (Malone) Caudill.

She was raised in the Flathead Valley and educated in Kalispell and graduated from Flathead County High School in 1971.

In 1972 she was united in marriage to Barry Craft. They had two children and later were divorced.

On Nov. 25, 1981, she was united in marriage to Robert 'Bob' Spencer in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She worked as an executive secretary and office manager for the Redmond Insurance Agency for more than 20 years. She was also a licensed agent and underwriter and was currently working as office manager at Montana First National Bank in Kalispell. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Spencer, of Kalispell; her daughter, Brandy Price, of Butte; her son, Joey Craft, of Shelby; stepson, Robert Spencer Jr., of Pocatello, Idaho; a stepdaughter, Krystal Spencer, of Portland; her grandson, Vincent Meuli, and stepgrandchildren, Brandon and Kenedee Spencer; her sisters, Debbie Meuli and husband, Ed, of Kalispell, Sharon Ramsey and husband, Ken, of Granite Falls, Wash., and Terry Lynn Roberts and husband, Tom, of Otis Orchard, Wash.; her brother, Steve Caudill, and wife, Jenny, of Kalispell; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins, and numerous friends.

Graveside services for Mary Spencer will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 30, at Glacier Memorial Gardens in Kalispell, with Pastor Wayne Pris of the Eidsvold Lutheran Church officiating. There will be no visitation. The family suggests that any contributions be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
