Flathead County Sheriff's Office called out the county fire investigation team after a fire at Northwest Pipe Fitting in Evergreen Sunday evening. Smith Valley, West Valley, Evergreen and South Kalispell fire departments were notified, but the fire was quickly extinguished.

A man was arrested after a complaint of a domestic disturbance on U.S. 93 north of Kalispell. Deputies also went to a domestic argument on Church Drive and to a domestic problem in Hungry Horse, where no one was arrested.

A man was arrested for DUI at 3:30 a.m. on Bowdish Road where his car was reported in a ditch.

A dispute over signs and a theft caused a disturbance on Eagle Ridge Estates. Vandalism was reported at the intersection of U.S. 2 and Montana 40.

Youths with paintball guns in a car lot isn't a good omen, but no damage was found.

Someone went into an ice-fishing hut on Foy's Lake Saturday, but when no one was seen coming out by Sunday, a woman became concerned that a fisherman was inside and hurt. A Smith Valley firefighter checked it out and found no one inside.

A man kicked the window out a patrol car Sunday.

A young man performed a lewd act in a vehicle on U.S. 2 near the airport.

A burglary was reported at Country Way Church of God, where a window was off and intruders entered through a kitchen.
