The Kalispell City Council has a Monday night agenda piled with development issues.

The council will discuss requests for preliminary and final plats and other matters including:

. Consideration of annexation, zoning and the preliminary plat for Mountain Vista Estates, a property of about 50 acres at the northeast corner of Three Mile Drive and Farm to Market Road. The development will have 110 single-family houses, 60 two-unit townhouses and one lot for a fire department substation. The developer, Touchstone LLC, wants single family residential zoning for the project.

. Preliminary plat for the Sinopah subdivision, a 26 residential lot project on about 5.5 acres between North Meridian Road and Northwest Lane.

. Preliminary plat for the La Mew subdivision, a three-lot residential project on the north side of East Center Street between Fourth Avenue East and Woodland Drive.

. Final plat for the Northland subdivision, a 25-lot residential project on about 7.5 acres west of the Northridge subdivision and north of the Meadowland subdivision.

. Final Plat for the River Glen subdivision, 13 single family lot development on about 3.4 acres on the east side of South Woodland Drive north of Kelly Road.

Also on the agenda is a $429,578 contract to be awarded to Swank Enterprises for work on equipment at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The council also will review an amendment to the zoning ordinance to change a zoning violation to a civil infraction instead of a criminal misdemeanor.

The council will discuss a resolution of intent to bond for improvements to the Kalispell City Airport, the public hearing for which is Feb. 22. The council will review progress on airport projects during a work session after the regular meeting.

In the work session the council also will talk about the Flathead County Long-Range Planning Committee formed by County Commissioner Gary Hall and planning, zoning and subdivision authorities in the areas outside city limits.
