Kalispell fire department had five calls. One was to check out a strange odor in the alley behind Main Street and another was to a vehicle accident on East Evergreen Drive and U.S. 2.

Columbia Falls ambulance went to a snowbank near Mike's Conoco in Hungry Horse at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, when a woman was noticed lying down. She said she was waiting for a ride. She got a ride to the hospital.
