Flathead County Sheriff's Office was first called to Coram at 6:30 Tuesday evening when someone reported a man walking"towards Cut Bank." The caller was afraid he'd be hit by a car. At about 9:30 p.m., deputies and Canyon Quick Response Unit were called about the same man, who was sick and vomiting, still in Coram. Officials exhausted possibilities of finding a place to stay for him and his companion. At midnight, the men were reported harassing customers at a business in Coram. A Columbia Falls ambulance was called for the sick man; he went to the hospital. Another man, who was found lying down in the highway went to jail, charged with disorderly conduct and trespass.

A resident on Parkwood Lane said a man who looked like a transient came to his house, selling tapestries, and forced his way into the house when his daughter answered the door. The intruder said he was sent there by an antiques store, and left.

Someone reported a partner assault from three weeks ago.

A man reportedly threatened a woman, left, returned, and left again. In a similar situation, a man was arrested on Willow Glen Drive. A person who allegedly sent threatening calls and text messages to someone else's cell phone agreed to stop.

A deputy had a stern talk with a mother who left a very young child in a car while she was inside a casino. She agreed to wait in the car with the infant while her boyfriend gambled.

A man caused consternation but no harm when he showed up with two plastic trash bags and sat outside a convenience store. Another man prompted a report of a possible intruder in the Tri-City area, but it was a resident on his own property.

A window was broken at Canyon Elementary School. Vandalism was also reported at Immanuel Lutheran Home and at Evergreen Car Wash.

On Lost Coon Drive, a resident called for help with an out-of-control teenage girl who was upset about her boyfriend.
