Ockeys plead not guilty

Richard and Amy Ockey pleaded not guilty at their arraignment Thursday in District Court in Kalispell.

Their trial date is June 13.

Richard Ockey faces charges of felony theft while Amy Ockey is charged with writing bad checks amounting to $151,000.

The Ockeys, both 32, operated Keystone Contractors, a now-closed construction company accused of defrauding customers, employees and creditors.

Both Ockeys were recently released from Flathead County jail after posting bond.
