Kalispell council faces light agenda

The Kalispell City Council will begin the year with a light agenda tonight.
The council will discuss a conditional use permit application from Barry Milbrandt, who wants to build a three-unit apartment complex at 1711 Fifth Ave. East.
The council also will consider granting final plat approval for the Lacie subdivision located on Fifth Avenue West. That subdivision would allow a two-unit townhouse.
The council will meet for a work session immediately after the regular meeting adjourns. The council will talk about changing zoning code infractions from misdemeanor offenses to a civil offenses.
The regular meeting begins at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
