Kalispell Police took a call Saturday evening from a shopper who reported that while he was checking out at a supermarket, the bagger sneezed on a bag of his groceries. The man, who has pneumonia and an impaired immune system, told police he's afraid he may get a cold because of the sneezing bagger. The shift manager replaced all the items that were sneezed on, but was unable to replace a box of frozen potatoes because it was the only box of that kind left in the store.

A mailbox was blown up on South Woodland Avenue. The mailbox owner saw possible suspects in a midsized green truck.

Officers checked out a fight at Scotty's bar after a bouncer requested assistance. Brawlers were reportedly beating on the northeast end of the building and on some cars, but had left the area by the time police arrived.

A wallet was stolen from an unlocked 1994 Subaru Legacy parked along the 400 block of First Avenue West North. There was no cash in the wallet.

Someone at Rosebriar Inn was playing music too loudly, but was gone when police arrived.

An attempted break-in was reported at a vacant duplex in the 1000 block of Fifth Street West.
