Rural road rage was reported to Flathead County Sheriff's Office. A driver near the Blue Moon said another driver cut him off and then passed in the center turn lane, spewing rocks. Both drivers wound up at a convenience store, where one driver pounded on another's window. Both sides went to the Columbia Falls Police Department for mediation.

On Rose Crossing, a woman said she stopped her vehicle to get her mail. Behind her, the driver of another vehicle stopped and laid on the horn before passing. Gestures were exchanged.

A cell phone and money were taken from a vehicle on West Cottonwood Drive. Scaffolding worth $1,500 was stolen from a rental company. A cutting torch was taken from a construction site.

Two and adults and five children caused a disturbance at Title Cash and refused to leave after making threats. When they did leave, it was with vigor, spinning out in the parking lot.

On U.S. 2 near Columbia Falls, a son threatened his mother and threw her against a wall, she said. She said he had stolen money from her and a neighbor. The conflict calmed down when he went to his room to lift weights.
