Kalispell police

Kalispell police arrested a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old boy for criminal mischief after they shot out a light on Whitefish Stage Road Wednesday night.

A handgun was stolen from a building on Third Avenue East. A vehicle was broken into on Fourth Avenue West.

A man was arrested on Fifth Avenue West North for his second DUI.

On Meridian Road, a resident said someone used his Social Security number to run up a $1,200 power bill.

A witness reported people smoking marijuana in a vehicle.

Police counseled a couple in a domestic disturbance on Windward Way.
